2. Nature of Services
All products available on the Site are digital educational materials delivered electronically.
No physical products are sold or shipped.
Access is provided through the user dashboard after successful payment confirmation.
Delivery is considered complete once purchased digital content becomes accessible in the user account.
3. Access Model (No Subscription / No Recurring Billing)
trading-master-academy.com operates strictly on a one-time payment model.
We do not offer:
- subscriptions
- recurring billing
- automatic renewals
- membership plans
Each purchase provides fixed-term access only, as described at checkout.
4. Access Options
4.1 Full Course Access
Users may purchase full access to the complete trading course for a period of 30 calendar days from the date of successful payment.
Access automatically expires after 30 days.
No automatic renewal or additional billing occurs.
To continue access beyond the 30-day period, a new one-time purchase must be completed.
4.2 Single Module (Block) Access
Users may purchase access to a single course module at a reduced one-time price to evaluate course content.
This option provides limited access only to the selected module.
It does not convert into full course access and does not trigger any additional charges.
If the user later wishes to access the full course, a separate full course purchase is required.
5. Pricing & Payments
5.1 Price Disclosure
All prices are clearly displayed:
- on the relevant product page
- in the pricing section
- at checkout prior to payment confirmation
The amount charged will always match the price shown at the time of purchase.
5.2 Currency
All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).
5.3 Payment Authorization
By submitting payment details, you authorize Crescent Sky Inc. to charge the one-time amount displayed at checkout for the selected digital product.
No recurring, future, or hidden charges apply.
5.4 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors.
Crescent Sky Inc. does not store full card numbers.
In certain cases, charges may appear as split transactions whose total equals the disclosed purchase price.
6. Billing Descriptor (Card Statement Information)
Charges on your bank or card statement will appear under a descriptor referencing the website domain, such as:
TRADING-MASTER-ACADEMY.COM
The billing descriptor corresponds directly to the domain of the Site.
If you do not recognize a charge, you agree to contact customer support prior to initiating a dispute or chargeback.
7. Expiration of Access
Full course access expires automatically 30 calendar days after activation.
Single module access expires according to the duration specified at checkout.
Access does not renew automatically.
Expired access requires a new purchase.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by a separate Refund Policy available on the Site.
Refund eligibility may depend on:
- time elapsed since purchase
- extent of content accessed
- user activity within the platform
- compliance with these Terms
Approved refunds, if applicable, are issued to the original payment method.
Submitting a chargeback without first contacting support may result in account suspension and denial of future access.

- income generation
- financial results
Users acknowledge that trading involves risk and that all financial decisions are made at their own discretion and responsibility.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, course structures, and branding, is the exclusive property of Crescent Sky Inc. or its licensors.
Users may not:
- reproduce or distribute content
- resell access
- share login credentials
- create derivative works
Violation may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crescent Sky Inc. shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages
- financial or trading losses
- data loss
- service interruptions
All Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.
Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user within the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Fraud Prevention & Termination
