These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website trading-master-academy.com (“Site”) and your purchase of any digital products, trial offers, or one-time access to digital services (“Services”) offered by Crescent Sky Inc.

By accessing or using this Site, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site and the Services.

2. Digital Products & Access Model

All offerings on the Site are digital-only products and services.

Access to the Services is provided through trial offers followed by a one-time payment for full access, as described on the Site at the time of purchase.

We do not offer subscriptions, memberships, recurring billing, or automatic renewals.

No physical goods are shipped.

Access to purchased content is provided electronically after successful payment or trial activation, unless stated otherwise on the product page.

3. User Account

To access or purchase digital products, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate, complete, and current information;

  • maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;

  • be responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

Crescent Sky Inc. may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. Payment & Billing Terms

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Payments may be made using major credit/debit cards or other approved payment methods via secure third-party payment processors.

By completing a transaction, you authorize Crescent Sky Inc. to charge all applicable fees to the payment method provided.

4.2 Billing Currency

All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

A confirmation email and digital receipt will be issued for each successful payment.

4.3 Trial Period

Certain products or services may include a three (3) day trial at an introductory price.

Specific trial fees are not listed in these Terms and are displayed on:

  • the relevant product page; and

  • the checkout page.

If the trial is not cancelled before it ends, your payment method will be charged a one-time payment for full access to the selected digital product or course, as disclosed at checkout.

4.4 One-Time Payment

After the trial period (if applicable), a single one-time payment is charged for full access.

No recurring charges, subscriptions, or automatic renewals apply.

Once the one-time payment is completed, access is granted in accordance with the product description on the Site.

4.5 Pricing Information

To maintain accuracy, specific prices are not listed in these Terms.

All pricing information, including trial fees and one-time payments, is displayed on:

  • individual product pages;

  • the pricing or offer description;

  • the checkout page.

The amount charged will always correspond to the price shown at the time of purchase.

4.6 Payment Security

Crescent Sky Inc. does not store full credit card details.

All payments are processed via PCI-compliant third-party payment processors using encrypted communication.

By making a purchase, you consent to the secure transfer of limited billing information to such processors.

5. Trial Cancellation

You may cancel your trial at any time before the trial period ends by:

If the trial is cancelled on time, no one-time payment will be charged.

Once a one-time payment has been processed, cancellation does not reverse the completed transaction. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by the Company’s separate Refund Policy.

Refunds may be granted at the discretion of Crescent Sky Inc. and depend on:

  • the nature of the digital product;

  • user activity and access;

  • time elapsed since purchase;

  • eligibility criteria displayed on the Site.

Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method and apply to the last one-time payment, if eligible.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All digital content available on the Site, including course materials, videos, text, graphics, trademarks, and software, is the exclusive property of Crescent Sky Inc. or its licensors.

You may not:

  • copy, distribute, or resell content;

  • sublicense or share access;

  • create derivative works;

  • share login credentials with third parties.

Violations may result in termination of access and legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law, Crescent Sky Inc. shall not be liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;

  • financial decisions made based on educational materials;

  • loss of data, service interruptions, or system failures.

All Services are provided “AS IS” without guarantees of results.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in San Diego County, California, unless prohibited by law.

You waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.
